delta force bomb mode daidian team tips

Delta Force demolition mode is back and this is one of my favorite modes. But this mode is heavily teamwork dependent, random teammates are an absolute disaster. My experience with demolition this week could fill a book.

The most infuriating game: we were on attack side, I planted the bomb, four teammates three were shopping around the map and one was camping in enemy spawn. Bomb got defused and teammates were typing in chat flaming me for not defending. What??? After that I learned my lesson, never plant the bomb in solo queue, whoever wants to can do it themselves.

Demolition mode is all about information. Knowing where enemies are means you already won half the battle. So headphones are critical, footsteps reload sounds scope sounds must all be heard clearly. I use an entry level gaming headset around 100 RMB, good enough. Utility wise, bring flashbangs and smoke grenades maxed out, one well timed smoke can save your life.

Map wise I specialize in Desert Camp, A site can hold second floor sniper position, B site can hold tunnel entrance. Key thing is teammates willing to coordinate, you call out positions and they dont move, your aim is useless. Eventually I found a fixed teammate who is a peiwan, he handles callouts and shotcalling while I focus on fragging, our winrate improved noticeably. As the saying goes, in Delta Force when you win teammates praise you, when you lose everyone blames each other.

So to play demolition well, either you have four brothers to queue with, or find a reliable peiwan or daidian teammate. Solo queue demolition is pure self torture, trust me.
